TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

The owner of the online store Mammu Couture (hereinafter “Online Store”) is OÜ Mammu Couture (registry code 12129130), located in Tallinn, Estonia. 

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the Online Store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the products in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed, and it can be paid securely using the following payment methods: 

  • Estonian bank payments

  • Finnish bank payments

  • Latvian bank payments

  • Lithuanian bank payments

  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Pay later solutions

  • Kniks gift card

NB! When paying via bank link, please be sure to click “Return to merchant” on the bank’s page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside of the Online Store in a secure environment—when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the corresponding bank; when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force once the payable amount has been received into the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: all countries.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Smartpost parcel machines, FedEx courier service, or in-store pickup.

Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the delivery option.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination selected by the buyer within 2–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 30 calendar days depending on the destination (depending on postal service speed).

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through our online store within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

  • To withdraw, you must return the item(s). Please contact us by email at info@mammucouture.com stating your order number and your preference for a refund or exchange. We will send you specific instructions for returning the product(s).
  • Please note that you will pay all costs associated with the return (e.g. postage).
  • If the product was custom made specifically according to your needs - the product cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased by a legal entity cannot be returned.
  • Products to be returned must be unworn and undamaged, with tags.
  • We will return the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
